Job Summary:

The Sourcer is responsible for managing assigned clients’ VMS/ATS (vendor managed system/applicant tracking system) to include, but not limited to: requisition acceptance/rejection, candidate submittal, rate changes, etc. The Sourcer is the primary liaison with the strategic delivery team and the end client as it relates to communication through the technology.

Essential Functions:

• Organize and assist the On-Boarding Associate (OBA) with pre-employment paperwork for VMS/ATS accounts

• Track outstanding compliance information and follow up with the On Boarding Associate for completion (Drug and Background, Reference Checks)

• Various spreadsheet tracking for VMS contractors – information needed to submit and process in VMS/ATS

• Manage Aerotek responses to various VMS/ATS requests through the appropriate technology to include, but not limited to: requisition acceptance, resume dubbing, candidate submittal, rejection, etc.

• Manage candidate network for availability to submit and right-to-rep forms

• Manage Network Tracker board/document

• Track contractor durations and inform the Recruiter/Account Recruiting Manager when assignment is approaching the end so that contractor may be redeployed/extended

• Create/pull various ad hoc reports as requested by the Account Recruiting Manager or Strategic Account Executive

• Assist with data gathering for the scorecard/Quarterly Business Review

• Point of contact for Aerotek to client VMS/ATS team

• Perform various customer service related activities

• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, submitting best fit contractors, and supporting proactively marketing ideal candidates

Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:

• N/A

Minimum Education/Experience/Abilities/Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1 – 2 years’ work experience

• Customer service focus

• Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals

• Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up

• Phone comfort
