Description

Responsibilities;

– Providing excellent customerservice throughout our clients stay

– Providing courteous,professional and pleasant phone manners

– Checking clients in and out,promptly, professionally with a welcoming manner

– Answering internal & externalphones and transferring to proper departments

– Answering the reservation lineand selling rooms

– Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient andtimely manner

– Must follow procedures andpolicies implemented by the Hotel

– Provide tourist information toHotel guests

– Performing general officeduties

– Ensuring all around timelycommunication within departments

– Responsible for cash float andprocessing proper form of payment

Exigences

Thecandidate must fulfill the following requirements;

– Must be able to communicateeffectively (written & verbal) in English and French

– Must be knowledgeable ofMontreal tourist attractions, events, restaurants and its surroundings

– Must be able to work well underpressure in a fast pace environment

– Must be self motivated,organized and demonstrate initiative

– Must be dependable, reliableand flexible

– Must be a positive team player

– Good decision making/problemsolving skills

– Must be flexible regardingworking weekends, holidays, days and evenings

– Must have at least one year Hotelexperience or in a similar position with customer service emphasis

– IQware knowledge an asset
