Description de l’offre d’emploi
Nous sommes un centre de physiothérapie, ergothérapie et autres services de santé privé. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou une adjointe administrative qui pourra servir la clientèle (donner des rendez-vous, prendre des paiements, facturer les assureurs) et qui pourra s'occuper des comptes a recevoir et de la facturation globale des services ainsi qu'assister dans l'administration de la clinique sous la tutelle du directeur de la clinique. Une expérience de travail dans une clinique serait un atout. Vous devez avoir un très bon sens d'organisation, méticuleux sur les détails, un très bon rapport avec la clientèle et les employers, la capacité de communiquer calmement et d'une facon professionelle avec la clientèle et les employers. Bonne connaissance de Excell, Word, Outlook, Teams, Onedrive est essentiel. Il y aura une période de formation et vous allez avoir une personne ressource lorsque vous aurez des questions pendant toute la durée de l'emploi. Bilingue obligatoire.
