Description du poste / Job Description
- Support Turner & Townsend’s "Bid to Win" process for all litigation within the Canadian company, ensuring engaged participation from directors and SMEs to deliver a high‑quality product.
- Provide meeting support (booking conference rooms, preparing and distributing documents, setting action items) for various internal meetings.
- Draft meeting minutes and action items, follow up with management and the team on agenda development and document distribution/preparation.
- Prepare invoices and purchase orders.
- Support document control – quality assurance and quality control.
- Assist in report preparation.
- Manage the facility, H&S, access cards, onboarding and off‑boarding of staff.
- Coordinate the office monthly meeting (schedule, content, animation).
- Manage project expenses and invoices to client.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in corporate administrative settings and meetings with senior management.
- Experience in document control is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, takes initiative, action‑oriented, monitors progress and quality of work.
- Professional and good team player in a high‑level environment.
- Proficient in all Office 365 tools at an intermediate level. Knowledge of Microsoft Visio is an asset.
