Should work from customer location (Montreal) from day-1 with 100 WFO
Windows 10 | 11 Administration
MECM Image management | deployment
Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components | Operating System Deployment (OSD MDT) | Software Distribution | Hardware Software Inventories
Experience working with Service Now ITSM tool | MS Office
Experience in Remote Support | Mobility | Antivirus | Engineering Services
Experience in Vulnerability management
Experience with managing iOS | Windows | Android devices in a Global environment
Excellent interpersonal | verbal and written communication skills
Strong logical | analytical | problem-solving skills
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexible working in 24/7 environment
Should have Experience in IT Service organization
Working exp using Incident management tools like ServiceNow
ITIL Knowledge
